Unhandled error on login #284

NB: First check the wiki and existing issues!

What version of Procurement are you using? On what operating system?
Procurement 1.6.1, Window 7 Pro x64 SP1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Procurement and attempt to login

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I've never made it past the login window, so I'm not sure what I should be 
seeing. I see an error 

Please provide any additional information below.
Log says authenticating, loading characters, done, then errors out.

- Tried offline, same issue
- Moved Procurement to an internal drive and ran from "C:\Procurement\" instead 
of "S:\Program Files\Procurement", same issue
- Deleted the entire folder, re-downloaded and re-extracted, same issue

- Issue does not occur when trying to login with sessionID, but session ID is 
supposedly incorrect

When trying to login using session ID pulled from Firefox, login fails to 
authenticate.
When trying to login using session ID pulled from Chrome, same issue as above.

I figured it out... The email I was logging in with was somehow disassociated 
from my Steam account so there were no characters on it. I had to contact 
Grinding Gear support to get it resolved but they were very quick about it.

Leaving the ticket open in case you guys want to write a handler for accounts 
with no characters on them.

i am living this problem. plz help me. firstly i send an email to 
support@grindinggear.com   i said i want to use procurement. they want my 
characters name and my mail adress. i could log in poe with my steam. but then 
they activeted my mail adress. and then when i was log in poe without steam i 
cant see my characters in it. and i downloaded procurement. i write my mail 
adress and my pasword.  in program mail adress is done. pasword is done. but 
there is an issue. 

There was an unhandled error-Sorry! please send the debuginfo.log to one of the 
developers. for quickest response please log a ticket on our google code page 
at https://code.google.com/p/procurement/issues     plz help me about that

@knowyourplans, thanks for the info, will add some error handling for empty 
accounts

@DIlerigiden please log a new issue with your debuglog attached.
