GUI Size is too big. #286

NB: First check the wiki and existing issues!

What version of Procurement are you using? On what operating system?
 Procurement v.1.6.1, Windows 7 ultimate.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. 1366x768 aero enabled
2. <Setting name="CompactMode" value="True"/>
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A GUI of decent size. Top is off screen Bottom is cutoff. 

Please provide any additional information below.
There is no difference between CompactMode True or False.
Cannot hit "Save" Button inside GUI. Went to manually set Compact mode in 
settings xml to true but was already set. Deleted entire Procurement directory 
and re-extracted into a New folder. Manually set Compact mode in settings xml 
to true. No effect on GUI size.
When I move the GUI I can see that the GUI is maximized to fill full screen 
horizontally preserving aspect ratio. However Vertically Gui is far too large. 
Why is the default set at such a ridiculously large size? 
Why not have Default CompactMode set to True?

I tried the same with V1.6.0, No difference.

What exactly are the minimum resolution requirements for this program?

You must be doing something wrong, if you enable compact mode the UI size is 
reduced by cutting off the header and footer making the UI around 700px high.

I would have been able to point out the real issue had the information you
just provided been in the FAQ.

Procurement still does not fit on my screen with compact mode enabled.  The
entire bottom row in the stash view is cutoff and will not allow me to move
the window up.

What are the exact pixel dimensions of the Window when in compact mode?
