Hover over Displays cannot be read #291

What version of Procurement are you using? On what operating system?
v1.6.1 Win 7
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.1366x768
2.Normal or Magical Rarity items in bottom 4 rows of stash
3.Hover with mouse

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A hover over display that can be read. Hover over display that is partially off 
screen.

Please provide any additional information below.
