inventory character list scrolling bug

NB: First check the wiki and existing issues!

What version of Procurement are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 8, latest version.  v1.6.1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.go to "inventory tab"
2.scroll down in the list of characters and click on one. 
3.character list jumps back to the top, I can keep scrolling with my arrow keys 
but the char name is not displayed, and the scroll list does not follow the 
highlighted character

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The scroll list should stay highlighted/visible to the character we are looking 
at.  Maybe also display the toon name on the inventory panel. 

Please provide any additional information below.

I am having the same issue.
Using 1.6.1 & Win 8.1 fully updated.
I have 15 toons in standard league, I can click on any toon that shows up in 
the top section on the window & see their inventory & gear. But if I scroll 
down to another toon & click on that toon it just jumps back to the top section 
of toon selection & does not show anything related to the toon I clicked on.

I'll take a look into this, in the meantime Procurement 1.7.0 is out which adds 
character inventory items and equipped items as extra stash tabs.
