Error loading characters "index (zero based)..."

What version of Procurement are you using? On what operating system?
Procurement version 1.7.0
Windows 7 Home Edition

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login with username and password, (the same happens with offline mode, after 
trying the online way)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The log states:
"
[...]
Loading (char1 name)'s inventory... [OK]
Loading (char2 name)'s inventory...

[Error] Index (zero based) must be greater than or equal to zero and less than 
the size of the argument list.
"

Please provide any additional information below.

This appears to be due to the new character tab functionality, I will release a 
testing version shortly, that you can test to see if it fixes this issue.
