I receive a handling error after procurement is done loading my stash #306

NB: First check the wiki and existing issues!

What version of Procurement are you using? On what operating system?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Login in to procurement and just let it load
2.also i tried to set my league to rampage like i have done before in th past, 
i tried to run an older version of procurement and i am getting the same error 
there
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I'm merging this with Issue 303, since it is the same issue. Please take a look 
at my reply to that issue as it is applicable.
