NB: First check the wiki and existing issues!

What version of Procurement are you using? On what operating system?

Procurement 1.7.2, Windows 8.whatever (updated). 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install
2. Run
3. After images are loaded, it crashes. I never get to the UI. No idea why. I 
thought you might want to know!

From the debug file. "An item with the same key has already been added." Not 
sure what this means, as I didn't dupe anything.

I'm merging this with Issue 303, since it is the same issue. Please take a look 
at my reply to that issue as it is applicable.
