Crash after scanning #316

NB: First check the wiki and existing issues!

What version of Procurement are you using? 1.7.2 On what operating system? 
Windows 8.1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
 The error occurs after logging in and since I claimed my hideout. A fresh install doesn't fix it.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
well, a crash window

Please provide any additional information below.
according to the forum everyone with a hideout has this problem

I'm merging this with Issue 303, since it is the same issue. Please take a look 
at my reply to that issue as it is applicable.
