Clicking on Rampage league makes the client crash #367

NB: First check the wiki and existing issues!

What version of Procurement are you using? On what operating system?
1.7.2 on Windows 7
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Program runs perfectly and I can log in.
2.Click on Rampage league and the program crashes. 
3. 100% ratio.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
an error message pops up and tells me to inform the devs of the bug here

Please provide any additional information below.
I also can run 1.7.3 it crashes on start up.

Procurement 1.8.0 has been released, if you still experience issues with 1.8.0, 
log a new ticket.
