Support multiple shop threads #376

NB: First check the wiki and existing issues!

What version of Procurement are you using? On what operating system?
1.8.0; Windows 7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create multiple forum templates.
2. Post a thread for each template.
3. Enter the thread information into the "Trade Settings" tab.
4. Switch forum templates under "Forum Export".
5. Return to the "Trade Settings" tab.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to be able to create one forum thread per template for
updating/bumping purposes. However, only one thread ID/title is stored and used
regardless of the templates.

Please provide any additional information below.
It would be nice to have a forum template field on the Trade Settings page,
such that selecting a different template would allow you to enter different
thread IDs/titles. When on the "Forum Export" tab, the Update/Bump Forum Thread
buttons should update/bump the thread with the settings associated with the
selected template.

I can see how it would be tedious to have to update id/title if you have
multiple shops in the same league that you maintain, I wasn't actually aware
that anyone still did this as I've kinda been assuming that Procurement users
all just rely on the indexers.

I'll look at adding this, but it might take some time to implement and see
release.

Thanks! I never really used multiple threads either until the end of Ambush,
where my post ended up overflowing when I wasn't super careful--since then,
I've found it nicer to have, say, a unique shop, a gem shop, and an everything
else shop.
