Timeout when bumping shop

NB: First check the wiki and existing issues!

What version of Procurement are you using? On what operating system?
1.8.0, Windows 7 x64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Procurement
2. Click Bump Forum Thread, ok

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
About 75% of the time it gives me an error instead of successfully bumping the 
thread.

Please provide any additional information below.

Just had it occur when updating as well, although it seems to happen 
significantly less often (or just coincidence).

The next release is going to include some speed improvements, which might fix 
this issue, however the connection timing out is not really something I can fix 
in code.

Procurement 1.8.1 has been released, please test and see if it fixes the issue.
