Tabwise buyouts not working #387

What version of Procurement are you using? On what operating system?
-1.8.1 on Windows 8

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-Buyouts tab-wise. No buyouts on the tabs selected.

I'm still looking into this, it seems the hideout tab fixes have caused issues 
with tabwide buyouts.

In the meantime if you would like to add tab wide buyouts, you can do this by 
setting a ~b/o in the description of a spoiler, and then use the 
{Stash:TabNameHere} tag.

using win 8, stash taps don't have ~b/o but forum export have it now (using no 
prem stash)

I can't replicate your issue. All tabs are generating correctly with buyout, 
including the 1 fuse tab. I noticed you are using Procurement 1.8.1, try again 
with 1.8.2
