What version of Procurement are you using? On what operating system?
procurement1.8.2 32-bit win7
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.opening procurement
2.Message:error checking for updates, details logged to DebugInfo.log
3.I hit okay and cannot log in

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
being able to use it is the expected outcome. still can't use program
