Crashes when clicking Check boxes to make a Shop thread

NB: First check the wiki and existing issues!

What version of Procurement are you using? On what operating system?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open Procurement
2.I go the the trading tab and try to click on a tab that I would like in my 
shop
3.It immediately crashes and says unhandled error

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Usually it just enters the tab into the forum template so i can copy and paste 
the info into my shop thread in the Pathofexile forums

Please provide any additional information below.
the two files down below are the DebugInfo document that the error is telling 
me to send in, I included the Procurement 1.8.2 DebugInfo which is first 
followed by the DebugInfo from Procurement 1.8.0. Thank you for your time in

Hi there,

Please will you zip and send me your .bin files, that way I can load up your 
items and see what's causing the issue.
