Procurement crashing after selecting Trading tab #419

1.8.4 Windows 7 x64
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.selecting trading tab

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Error
Please provide any additional information below.
When selecting trading tab it displays and error then crashes
