Description

This PR includes several updates and improvements, such as:

Replaces the existing system information tool with fastfetch.
Fixes variable index in process_package function.
Logs correct message for packages installed without tests.
Stops asking for user's choice if an AUR helper is already installed.
Removes 'networkmanager' from essential packages.
Adds more paru configuration options.
Modifies rate-mirrors.sh to exclude comments and retain only necessary information.
Removes unused aliases.fish for terminal tools.
Removes service that updates the mirror list on startup.

These changes aim to improve the efficiency and clarity of system management and configuration processes.
