Crawler4j does not handle move to URLs which are relative #159

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Seed with a URL that redirect to a relative URL

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The crawler should have fetched the redirected URL but doesn't.

What version of the product are you using?
3.3
