The splash screen only loads

After editing the downloaded file and opening it, the splash screen only loads. How to fix it?

Error Fixed✅

This error came only in index.html. I was able to find that the other ones did not have this problem. When I checked the index file again, some of the linked CSS and JS files were deleted from the folder itself. Because of this, the banner images on my web have disappeared. The splash screen continued because the web was not complete.
