Coordinate fields in site field are strangely fussy #314

As in, certain values seem arbitrarily not allowed. I'm not even sure where the client-side validation of this comes from.

Example, navigate to https://xronos.ch/sites/10697 and try to set the coordinates 35.556, 44.930 (the correct ones).
