Suggestions: WiCyS and SuriCon 2024 #108

Not sure if these fit the type of events that go in this list, but thought they could be good additions. :)

SuriCon is the annual conference for the Suricata community to gather and share innovations related to Suricata, the open-source NSM, IDS and IPS tool.

WiCyS hosts a conference that brings together women and allies in cybersecurity from academia, research, government, and industry.

Also fixed a minor typo.
