Make the whole project "Designer friendly" to install #26

Installing into Mac OSX or Linux should be trivial now, even for those with little familiarity with the command line. I removed unnecessary dependency on GD (only required when the "captcha" feature is on, and it will be off by default), and created a script to install everything the blog needs (including setting up database and stuff). I also rewrote README.md to reflect all that.
