Missing endpoints

The following endpoints still need to be implemented. I think. Please comment if not.

• Authors:
  • [ ] /authors
  • [ ] /author/:id
• Tags:
  • [ ] /tags

  • [ ] /tags/update/:id
  • [ ] /tags/delete/:id
  • [ ] /tag/:name

There's /authors but not /categories nor /tags.

I meant I didn't see any /categories or /tags endpoints in the code to match the /authors one. I assume they would serve a page listing them all (possibly paged).

Hmm.. then maybe they should be moved to an "enhancement" ticket.

Or simply commit the stubs to master and add them to the list above.
