Tested on Quartz (gcc 10.2.1) and Lassen (gcc 8.3.1 + cuda 11.6.1) at LLNL with AMReX 22.05 and SUNDIALS 6.2.0

@gardner48 I merged so we can begin testing, but can you please add a README.md similar to the ones in the other example directories. Also, the table in the root README.md should be updated.
