website contact info suggests e-mail but that goes to a "closed" list #249

https://xsdk.info/faq/ suggests sending e-mail to: [xsdk-dev@listserv.llnl.gov]. However this gives:

You are not authorized to send mail to the XSDK-DEV list from your email account. You might be authorized to post to the list from another account, or perhaps when using another mail program configured to use a different email address. However, LISTSERV has no way to associate this other account or address with yours. If you need assistance or if you have any questions regarding the policy of the XSDK-DEV list, please contact the list owners at XSDK-DEV-request@LISTSERV.LLNL.GOV.

Perhaps we should list https://github.com/xsdk-project/xsdk-issues/issues as the way to contact team instead of the above e-mail - or discuss further at our meeting.

I think this might be worth a team discussion.

Alternatives (each might have their own drawbacks):

I think we should go with Satish's first suggestion for now, to not have the current problem any longer, but should still discuss this with the team.

Ok - updated https://xsdk.info/faq/ to use "xsdk issue tracker" for now.
