Can not disconnect incoming call after answering #336

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Answer incoming SIP call

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Red "End Call" button should be visible to allow disconnecting the call. 
Instead, the default number pad is shown with no "Hide Keypad" button or
"End Call" button.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Siphon 2.1.0 from Cydia on iPhone 3G firmware 3.1.2

Please provide any additional information below.

The only way to disconnect after answering an incoming call is to exit
Siphon.  This is less than ideal.

This issue seems to be resolved after installing Siphon 2.2.0 rc3.  Sorry for 
the noise.
