My understanding is that the skin in the game is time and money invested, is that correct? Wondering if there's enough skin in the game for this to succeed. I like that lean is being used. Still don't know how people will come together or how everything else will come from starting at purpose... there are many other others to consider (pricing, team, competitive advantage, etc).. how are these real concerns dealt with?

Has questions mainly; needed some time to process the proposal. What's the internal process for deciding the ideas that get pursued? When do you decide to merge ideas, bring people on to build the product out more? Are lean principles used? What's the broader context?
