Ability to "Mute" someone for a day. We won't save the Mute status back to CoSo, we'll just Mute their toots on the CoSoCo app for one day.

E͢ =͢ M͢c͢ @ecksmc suggests "already a mute feature so just set a reminder to unmute"

My Response: @ecksmc interesting variation, allow the mute to happen on J's stuff, we just need to remind you to "unmute". Of course if you aren't on the app, say using a browser at work, it won't be able to remind you who you muted for a day..
