Superfluous Compress3 call #23

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. There is a superfluous Compress3() in the ColourFit::Compress() function.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Compress3() should be used when DXT1 contains transparent image and 3-color 
interpolation. In the current implementation, it is called always. Meaningless!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Squish 1.11
The problem is in the source, not in the execution.
