How can we update file_name_manifest.xml #145

Currently even after updating my code its not showing ui updates in excel addin section For startup i just want a single button that will show hello world on click in adding

i tried to update the code and run it on localhost:3000 but its not showing in excel

do i need to create new xml after changing code and paste it in wef folder.
