Turkey and Greece regions added do region dataset #265

The regions of Greece and Turkey were added. Also added, fine borders for Norway divided North and South

Another addition is a standalone HTML file which can be used to access and view the region data for debugging purposes, this was needed as the region dataset has become too large for Google Earth to open.
