Wav files have no sound #305

FYI: The following files do not have audio in either the app or using third party app to play the sound on Windows 10. level4.wav eew.warning.wav felt_strong.wav

All other sounds play fine in the app with vol at 100% and reload and restart app. v0.110_pre-1

Those specific .wav files are currently placeholders. We haven't yet added the actual alarm sounds for those.
