Update XSpec to v2.3.2 #51

Following the release of XSpec v2.3, this pull request updates the bundled XSpec. (47246c2dd17d9e92c15b16b6fd9a4f0c2bd27c9c)

XSpec v2.3 doesn't work with Saxon 9.8 anymore. To reflect it, this pull request:

Updates the Oxygen version dependency to 22.0 (a23b26fb29cc26e1d01c094c99ca8aea5717ea04)
Replaces the Saxon 9.8 test binary with 9.9.1.5 (2fe1ded6bc43003096b4bc1965a0cfeb4efe6c73)

By making those changes, some tests failed. So this pull request makes further changes:

Replaces ContentTypes with DiffContentTypes (b775536708a311cb361519490365c96fbeeb5272)
Adapts expected test results to Saxon 9.9 (d051e53b6eddfd32b81b62bd90d0c693bcd43044)
