killall Finder

Step 1: Press Option Key + Restore iPhone in Finder
Step 2: Select your IPSW

Workaround

Step 1: Use srdutil restore
Step 2: Declined the Finder popup to Restore
Step 3: Using Finder, Select your SRD
Step 4: Press Option Key + Restore iPhone in Finder
Step 5: Select your IPSW
