Kaspersky identified viruses in the Windows build and flagged them as a threat pdm:trojan.win32.generic

I think it is false positive, all triggers are based on ML and kind of AI which may just not know Wails framework, cause it is pretty rare (not so much golang UI programs exists).

Public binaries were built on isolated VPS, but if you worry, you could always build it from sources by yourself.
