I can't proxy any website. https://www.google.com https://telegram.org/ https://youtube.com/

Tonutils-Proxy is not a proxy without changing your ip. Tonutils-Proxy won't help you bypass network censorship.

Set it as http proxy, and yes, it is not for bypass, it not hides your ip, it just lets you access .ton sites
