v0.3.6 is only in rawhide, not fedora or EPEL #10

According to https://apps.fedoraproject.org/packages/rpmconf the latest tagged version is still in rawhide but not fedora20 or EPEL.

@xsuchy Is there any chance of promoting 0.3.6 to f20 and EPEL{5,6,7}?

is the lack of promotion related to https://apps.fedoraproject.org/packages/rpmconf/bugs/ which lists https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=990467 as a blocking bug (and which depends on https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=990444)?

I build new version only for rawhide, because of: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Updates_Policy#Philosophy I am not interrested in EL5 at all (it have even different maintainer). I seen that EL6 version I built 3 years ago. So I may consider that with next release I may rebase it for EL6. And EL7 will be build soon.
