There is no way to disable logging on server #45

By command line, the user can only choose an alternate log filename. IMO
the log shall be disable by default and only be activated when user call
explicitly amora with "-l" command line option.

I'll wait for comments on this before fix this (that will be quite easy
anyway).

I think we could use an environment variable to control logging, like when 
AMORA_LOG
is  defined, do event logging.

I think that the parameter '-l' should be used *only* to change the default log 
file
name.

What do you think?
