Amora server starts even without bluetooth dongle #14

Amora server can start even when the computer has no bluetooth dongle
attached to it.

In those cases, the application should print an error message ('no
bluetooth dongle available") and exit.

Closing the ticket, I tested both client and server and everything is ok!
