Evaluate some kind of AI-note taker/transcriber for the Wednesday meetings #169

I'm currently using Firefly integrated with Google Meet for another project, and it seems pretty good at transcribing English. It's not nearly as good at transcribing Swedish.

I see it has a Zoom integration, so maybe we can test a trial version, so that we do not only record weekly meetings on video for the team, but actually also produce searchable text transcriptions. I've been clicking through old videos looking for something technical that was explained one or two times, and having a transcript, even if it's not perfect, would really help me figure out where to look, I think.

I'm sure there are lots of other tools like this, but this is the only one I have seen and had some experience with. (Not setting it up, mind you, I have absolutely no idea of how to do that, especially for Zoom, but it looks like a fairly simple recipe).
