Fish shell instructions #64

I am a Fish shell user, and I was stuck on running the virtual environment for a good 30 mins, because it gives errors.

So I provided some simple instructions because the required script was already included, just not references anywhere.

There is also a check box that can be closed, the theme changer one. I can update that too in this pr if requested.
