Added proxy connection between discord and poe client. Created a delay for messages to be displayed in the discord chat box to solve the problem of slow poe connections. Added the check for invalid poe tokens through the exception mechanism, and added the operation of checking and filtering the poe tekens whose remaining messages are 0.
