Source 'uninstall.fish' before removing plugins #12

Some plugins have important jobs to do before being deleted. OMF does source uninstall.fish before deletion and some plugins are depends on that behavior. Shall we?

@simnalamburt If I understood correctly, cgitc is now free from this issue, right?

@xtendo-org You're right.

Now there're 32 packages remaining which have uninstall.fish file, and most of them do not really use uninstall.fish. The packages below are the only packages which actually use uninstall.fish feature and have at least one star.
