Latest version on GitHub doesn't seem correct #224

This is a super minor issue but it seems that the latest release of xtensor-blas is 0.20.0 from 2022 but the latest GitHub release is 0.6.1 from 2017, which is sort of confusing.

Somehow opened the same issue twice, sorry!
