Temporary revert to find_numpy to fix the feedstock

296 does not work for old versions of Python (and not so old on some platforms), requiring to patch the source code in the conda-forge recipe.

Let's revert it for now, and open an issue for tracking it; hopefully we can go back to #296 very soon.
