Preemptively add xsimd include #116

Hi @DavisVaughan ,

xsimd is an optional dependency and should not been directly included in downstream libraries. xtensor is supposed to include it if some option is enabled in the build. There was some change upstream regarding the way we include xsimd that is probably the cause of the error you have, I'll have a look tonight (I'm quite busy today).
