Tags - Define structure

Each person/animal/plant can in addition to the DNA sequence have other records stored (e.g. blood type, medical records, birthdate).

In order to be able to filter out things from the DB in an efficient way we need to come up with a structure that enables:

• Powerful searches
• Easy to use
• Easy to understand the existing tags

There should be a governance regarding which tags to be used.

Acceptance creteria:

• Define a document for how tags should be defined
• The document should describe how the tag format looks like and how to version control.

Should spit up tag structure in two parts:

• Tags that are set by owner of the data
• Tags that are set by tools (automatically by tool that scans data)
