514 Error

I'm running into the following issue but no matter what setting I use it doesn't seem to work. Does anyone have a idea what the error means?

Streaming url works fine in vlc directly but not through xteve. I'm using docker on Ubuntu with a reverse proxy. Maybe a port I need to open?
