Responsibility for fixing XTF issues #347

Currently XTF is supported in best effort mode without anyone directly responsible for the tool and resolving issues. As there is number of teams dependent on this tool and their testing depends on it, this situation could be improved.

Purpose of this issue is to discuss this topic and suggest better approach.

I want to start to discuss this topic more broadly and clarify a few things. Currently XTF is managed in best effort mode by anyone who is interested in or is using this project. There is no clear maintainer thus it cannot be expected that XTF issues will be fixed by some one else. Unless there is any one who would like to take it ;-)

I plan to mention this information in README.md so there is no confusion. If you want to mention anything to this topic I'll leave it open for some time and then close it.
