Support the new Code View interface #73

GitHub is offering a beta release of their new code view interface. It looks useful, but without working wide-github, I can't keep it enabled.

Could you take a look at supporting this new functionality?

Never mind, I see that the new interface intends to support wide code natively, but with the first file I loaded (a Jupyter notebook) it is currently bugged.
