Tested with kernel 4.7.4 @ Raspberry Pi 2

I merged @mkreisl's repo into this one and it worked for me on:

Linux localhost.localdomain 4.7.4-200.fc24.x86_64 #1 SMP Thu Sep 15 18:42:09 UTC 2016 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

I'm using a Edimax EW-7711ULC.
